Attorney Frank Niro is a founding partner of the firm and has over three decades of Real Estate, Finance and Business Law experience. Frank advises Buyers, Sellers and Lenders on residential and commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing. Frank also represents individuals and existing companies in connection with organizational formation and general corporate matters. Known for his calm demeanor and ability to keep the negotiation moving forward, Frank remains focused on critical issues for his clients and realizes the importance of a smooth and efficient closing. Frank completed his undergraduate degree at the College of the Holy Cross and received his Juris Doctor degree from New England Law in Boston and currently serves on his local Land Use Committee and Bylaw Review Committee. On his time off Frank enjoys spending time with his family, fishing hunting, playing golf and tennis and baking a mean chocolate chip cookie.
